TVXQ, Jaejoong Thank Fans For 11 Years Of Support While Fans Remember TVXQ With Five Members

Eleven years ago, TVXQ debuted with five members and JYJ’s Jaejoong thanked fans for supporting him since then.

JYJ member Kim Jaejoong used his Christmas greetings to thank fans for supporting him ever since he debuted with TVXQ eleven years ago alongside four other members, Yunho, Yoochun, Junsu, and Changmin. The three JYJ members, Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu, left TVXQ in 2009, but fans still celebrated the anniversary by sharing pictures of TVXQ with five members.

Jaejoong tweeted: "I had a great Christmas Eve but Christmas disappeared after I woke up from sleeping. December 26, 11 years since debut.. Even so, let's work hard today!" He shared the Tweet on the twenty-sixth in South Korea.

TVXQ debuted on December 26, 2003.

Fans used the hashtag, #11yearswithTVXQ to celebrate, and shared pictures and messages to the five men. There were many pictures showing the group as five, as well as pictures of two-membered TVXQ. The phrase trended on Twitter around the globe on December 25 and 26.

SM Entertainment, TVXQ's parent company, also released emoticons on Korean messenger app Kakao Talk, with images of Yunho and Changmin to celebrate the anniversary.

TVXQ released a video message to their fans.

"We've been with TVXQ fans for 11 years now. December 26, 2014 marks our 11th year. We truly would like to thank our fans again. We will continue to show our efforts and work hard for our fans. Thank you."
