'ICON' No Min Woo Celebrates 10-Year Anniversary Of His Japanese Debut With Pair Of Tokyo Shows

Actor and singer No Min Woo, also known as ICON, celebrated his 10 year anniversary since debut in Japan.

On December 20-21, he held his 10th anniversary since debut celebratory concert in Tokyo and had a great time with fans.

Many fans were seen at the concert as they celebrated with him for his 10th year anniversary. Due to the immense support form his fans, No Min Woo was able to perform a passionate and powerful stage for his fans.

No Min Woo debuted in 2004 under the group TRAX and later debuted as an actor in 2008. In 2013, he made a comeback as a solo artist under the stage name, ICON.

Before his debut, he also appeared on “2002 Survival Audition Heejun vs. KangTa Battle of the Century” with his band. Others on the show were JYJ’s Junsu and Super Junior’s Eunhyuk and Sungmin.

His acting career has become quite successful as he has appeared in dramas such as “Pasta”, “The Blade and Petal” and others.

More recently, he appeared in the popular movie, “The Admiral: Roaring Currents” as well.

He has also received much popularity overseas and is known as an all-around entertainer who works both in Korea and overseas.

He has been confirmed for the MBC drama, “My Regrettable Boyfriend” which will air next year.

No Min-woo debuted as the drummer for a rock band called TRAX under SM Entertainment in 2004. He left the band in 2006 and later returned as a guitarist for The Romantist.

In 2009, he came back as a project group called 24/7. He also began pursuing his acting career around this time and was able to be recognized for his work through various dramas including, “My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox”, “Full House Take 2”, “Midas” and more.

He also a lead character for a Chinese TV series titled, “Love Expiration Date” as well.

In 2012, he left Core Contents Media and created his own agency called MJ Dreamsys.
