BTOB finally made their much-awaited debut in Japan on Nov. 12! The day before their debut, members held a press conference, and have spent busy days with showcase and release events centered in Tokyo. The first photo shoot and interview with KpopStarz Japanese edition were conducted between Zepp DiverCity events. By placing layers of fabrics on the wall of the room prepared for the interview, a bright atmosphere was created to match their pop debut song “WOW.”After shooting a cool group cut on the couch, they jumped into the interview right away.

All members: Yoroshiku Onegai Shimasu! (Something like “Thank you!” “Let’s start!”)

◆Congratulations on Japan debut!
All members: Thank you!

◆Please state your current feelings.
Il Hoon： I am happy!
Min Hyuk：I am so glad!
Eun Kwang：It’s fun! We could finally make the much-awaited Japan debut, so I am really glad. Today is the third day of our works in Japan, but the past two days were really fun, and I look forward to the future.

◆If someone asks you “What kind of group is BTOB?” how would you answer?
Il Hoon: I want to introduce us as “a Korean idol group with much ability.”
Chang Sub：And I want to answer “seven people who love music very much.”
Min Hyuk：It can be expressed as “seven lights” so to speak. Each has a distinct character, and seven people have seven kinds of charms.
Hyun Sik：Also we are fun!
Min Hyuk：Yes, we are very friendly, so we hope to get closer to fans in Japan through our friendliness.
Eun Kwang：And I hope to touch everyone with BTOB’s songs!

◆I attended the release event at Laqua yesterday!
All members: (with applause, respectively) Wow~! Really~! Thank you!
Eun Kwang：First of all, I was very thankful that there were many more people than we expected. The event was fun. The best part was that we could get closer to fans through things like high-touch session and autograph session.
