Girls' Generation has been chosen as rock bands' favorite girl group.

On MBC MUSIC "Show Champion," 10 different rock bands appeared and voted on who their favorite girl group was.

The results showed that Girls' Generation was ranked number 1. The rock bands chose Girls' Generation for various reasons such as, "They have a luxurious beauty" and "They are like goddesses." Number 2 was 2NE1 and number 3 was f(x).

Rock band members also commented that they hope to someday work with a girl group to show that rock and idol music can mix together.

This episode will air on October 16.
