Group BTOB was introduced on the news as "young donation contributors."

On January 5, the KBS 1TV news introduced the giving culture of people who see the problems in the society and go beyond simple giving to try their best to solve those problems. They also revealed that many idol groups have been actively donating to seek out those solutions.

The news said, "An internet post that fights against poor treatment of firefighters became an issue lately. One idol group received the spotlight for this problem," talking about BTOB's donations to firefighters.

BTOB recently heard of the poor treatment of firefighters in the nation and decided to purchase firefighter gloves and donated them. Firefighters who received these gloves had posted a picture wearing them to thank BTOB for the donations.

BTOB said, "We felt like they were lacking the basic supplies they needed. We felt like we could help by giving them gloves," revealing their genuine hearts.
