Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden have tied the knot! According to Fox News, the 42-year-old "Bad Teacher" actress and the 35-year-old musician said "I do" at an intimate wedding ceremony held at Diaz's Beverly Hills home on Monday night.

Reportedly, Diaz and Madden have reportedly been seeing each other since May 2014 and got engaged this past December, although the couple had never officially confirmed it until now. A source stated, "Getting married is the next step when you are totally in love and comfortable with someone... Cameron has found true happiness."

A source also told the Daily Mail, "Cameron hasn't been this happy in a long time. She found someone who knew how lucky he was to have her...The other guys treated her badly, but Benji would do anything for her. She's madly in love."

In a joint statement to People Magazine, the newlyweds stated, "We couldn't be happier to begin our new journey together surrounded by our closest family and friends." The wedding was held in front of more than 90 guests. Those in attendance included Reese Witherspoon, Samantha Ronson, and Gwyneth Paltrow.

 Furthermore, Diaz's sister Chimene and Drew Barrymore were among the bridesmaids. Benji's nephew Sparrow served as the wedding's ring bearer. For those who may not know, Sparrow is the son of Benji's twin brother Joel and his wife, Nicole Richie. Richie also served as a bridesmaid.

The wedding was planned by Yifat Oren, who has planned weddings for Witherspoon, Anne Hathaway, Natalie Portman and Barrymore. Oren is known for a romantic but shabby chic and rustic style. 

A source told People Magazine, "It was a big wedding, but they still managed to make it feel very personal. Only their families and very special friends attended... It all felt very down-to-earth and sweet. Guests arrived smiling and almost seemed giddy. Everyone was excited to be a part of the wedding."
