K-Pop Performance Trend: Rock Paper Scissors Edition

Within K-Pop performances, many artists try to add things to choreography that most may not notice within the first time watching it.

One thing that some K-Pop Idols add into their performance is a game of "Rock, Paper, Scissors" between the members.

While playing this game during performances, the winner is granted with the ability to do a different task that varies the performance each time.

Girls' Generation's Seohyun and Hyoyeon play a game of "Rock, Paper, Scissors" in the performances of the Girls' Generation's song "Oh!". The winner of their game of "Rock, Paper, Scissors" get to air-punch the other member.

Here's the moment in action by a fancam:

Girls' Generation is currently preparing for their next Japanese single "Flower Power" that is said to be on a whole new Japanese album.

Big Bang's GD&TOP also follow this trend in their performances of their song "HIGH HIGH". G-Dragon is usually the victorious one before he starts his rap in the second verse, making it hard for fans to even see what the winner gets from winning their game of "Rock, Paper, Scissors". However, this is revealed in GD&TOP's performance of "HIGH HIGH" at the "BIG SHOW 2011" concert when G-Dragon actually loses the game of "Rock, Paper, Scissors" allowing T.O.P to carry on and perform rap G-Dragon's part and G-Dragon to rap T.O.P's.

Here's the performance where T.O.P is victorious:

Big Bang is currently travelling the world on their Alive Tour, this tour is Big Bang's first world tour. Big Bang will be travelling to the United States, playing concerts in Los Angeles, California and Newark, New Jersey at the beginning of November.

Many idols have similar trends within their choreography that can be seen across the board, such as adorable peaces signs and sexy body rolls.
