Kim Hee Sun decides to stay by Lee Min Ho's side.

On the Tuesday episode of SBS "Great Doctor," Choi Young (Lee Min Ho) realizes that the antidote was stolen and decides to send Eun Soo (Kim Hee Sun) back to the door to the sky.

He tries to make sure she understands but she says, "If it doesn't go well, I may just die in front of your eyes. Then just watch over me. Hold me until the very end, don't leave me alone," and sheds tears.

She continues, "I'm going to stay here. If I go back to where I came from, I'm just going to live in my room again. Every night I'll come home and maybe call out your name. I know there won't ever be an answer. Then I'll wake up in the morning and live another day like a dead person. Do you understand what living like that is like?"

Choi Young says, "The past few days, I wasn't able to be with you. Rather than save the person that I love, I was killing other people. How will I ever protect you? How can I ask you to stay?"

Choi Young's right hand began to shake violently and Eun Soo grasps it tight and begins quietly crying, touching the viewers. As the drama nears the end with only 2 more episodes to go, viewers are wondering if they will meet a happy ending.
