2NE1’s CL is said to have reportedly received an offer to work with famous hip-hop group The Black Eyed Peas for their 20th anniversary album.

will.i.am posted on a tweet to CL that read, “Black Eyed Peas would like to collaborate with you for our 20th anniversary album.”

CL responded with a “yes!” in which will.i.am added with a “yes lets do it.”

Previously in 2010, will.i.am and 2NE1 have worked together for 2NE1’s first album. CL has also featured in will.i.am’s song, “Getting’ Dumb” as well. 2NE1 also held a joint stage together for the 2011 MAMA.

With the U.S. pop market showing more interest and attention in CL, anticipation for her solo debut in the states has become an even hotter issue, according to reports.

Recently, VH1 has featured her on their ’15 Female Rappers To Watch in 2015’ list.
