Psy has ranked number 2 on the Billboard chart for 5 weeks in a row.

Yesterday, Billboard revealed that Psy's "Gangnam Style" ranked number 2 on the Hot 100 chart. Maroon 5 is currently at number 1 for 6 weeks.

The reason for Psy's failure this week was due to none other than the air plays. The air play for Maroon 5 increased by 3% this week whereas Psy went up only 1%. The gap between the two artists is now 2,000 points.

However, aside from air plays, Psy seems to be number 1 in other categories. 

Psy is currently busy with his U.S. album and schedules.

Internet users commented, "Still, number 2 is good" and "I hope he gets number 1 next week."
