After a string of contract nullification lawsuits last year, actress Clara Lee has reportedly been revealed to have also filed her own lawsuit in December.

This week, according to reports in the Korean media, Clara filed a lawsuit in Seoul Central District Court against her agency on the grounds of sexual harassment. Some observers believe the agency in question is Polaris Entertainment, since the 28-year-old actress reportedly signed with the agency last July.

"I felt sexually harassed by the agency president's text messages and more," read Clara's complaint according to the website allkpop.

Reportedly, the president went as far as to dismiss Clara's manager because he thought they were romantically linked.

"Because of the sayings and doings of Mr. Lee, who is over 60 years old, she felt sexually harassed," said Clara's rep, according to the allkpop report.

"In addition, he dismissed Mr. Kim and other managers on his own."

Although Polaris has yet to confirm this report, this could also explain the record label allegedly filing a lawsuit against Clara last month for undisclosed reasons.

"We're not really a former agency, but rather more like an agent," said a Polaris Entertainment rep.

"Clara's agency is KoreanaClara and Polaris was just managing her domestic activities. It's difficult for us to say that there have been absolutely no conflicts with Clara, but there is nothing that we can say concretely at the moment. We will look into it and release a statement later."

After Clara's contract nullification lawsuit was revealed, Polaris reportedly followed up with a statement revealing their side of the situation.

"Clara's side, if anything, cut off the beginning and end, making Chief Lee seem like a strange person through defamation," read the Polaris statement. "As we accused Clara and her father, Lee Seung Gyu, on the charges of threat, the truth will soon be revealed."
