'K-Pop Storm Live in Malaysia' to be Biggest Korean Entertainment Show in Malaysia

For the first time ever, 9 of the hottest K-Pop groups will land in Malaysia to perform at the WBS Concert 'K-Pop Storm Live In Malaysia'. They will be in town on November 6 2012, and the event will be hosted at Sunway Lagoon Resort Surf Beach.

The WBS Concert: 'K-Pop Storm Live In Malaysia' was started as a cultural exchange between Korea and Malaysia. These days, many Korean pop idols are coming to Malaysia to hold their solo concerts. This creates an impression to young people and Kpop lovers in Malaysia, however, with groups doing only solo concerts, it might create the image that only dance and pop music make up Korean music. The reality is that Korean music has a wide spectrum and different genres. So, 'K-Pop Storm Live in Malaysia' aims to bring a variety of different shows on the stage by preparing an event that will showcase K-pop, K-rock and even crossing over to Korean traditional music. The event aims to introduce authentic Korean culture through music.

This concert, headlined by SHINee and consisting of eight other groups, is the biggest concert ever in Malaysia. The main act, SHINee, is loved globally and have even gone on world tours. This collaborative concert will be the first time for SHINee to be in Malaysia to meet with their fans. It is meaningful therefore for both SHINee and their fans, as they will be sharing the same stage as other big K-pop names -- U-KISS, TEEN TOP, Block B, Girls Day, Dal Sha Bet, D-Unit and more. With this, WBS and the concert organizers are happy to invite all Malaysian fans.

The organizers have also conducted contests and other special events in relation to this event. You can learn more about these as well as the contest winners by visiting their Facebook and following their Twitter.

And to add further excitement, watch your favorite stars do their official greetings for this event:
