"Man of Steel" star Henry Cavill has been making headlines following reports that he has moved on from his failed relationship with MMA fighter turned actress Gina Carano with a none showbiz personality, Marisa Gonzalo.

Superman had his fare share of bashing and scrutiny from fans and haters alike; not because he is dating someone who is not famous, but because he is seeing someone who's now being dubbed as an "animal killer."

The 31-year-old actor was accused of taking advantage of his fans and being a fake just to name a few.

Although, Cavill never confirmed nor denied the relationship rumors, Celebrity Laundry - the first to report about Cavill-Gonzalo - is now claiming that the couple has split.

According to the gossip publication, the "Man of Steel" star dumped the 21-year-old as soon as he "realized that something was wonky when he went on vacation with Marisa, his trainer, and his trainer's wife. However, pictures of the fairly intimate vacation kept leaking online, and really, the only person they could have come from was Marisa Gonzalo. We can say with 99% certainty that she was the one who leaked all the pictures, which Henry eventually figured out. He dumped her [finally] and didn't look back, and surprisingly, Marisa kept her head down and deleted her social media accounts for a few weeks."

To further back up the news, Superman was indeed seen out partying during the Golden Globes and BAFTA celebration without any date in tow.

The "Man of Steel" star was spotted having the time of his life with pals during the festivities.

In fact, Henry Cavill was even caught partying with hotel heiress Paris Hilton at Chateau Marmont for the Golden Globes pre-party.

"Henry and Paris had a great time together on Friday night, and left the Chateau Marmont together, giggling like school kids.

"Everyone could see the chemistry between them. Paris was fluttering her eyelashes at him like crazy and Henry was loving the attention," Mirror reported.

This immediately fueled speculations that Superman is hooking up with Hilton to which he didn't want to talk about.

"I don't want to discuss that," he said when asked about the hotel heiress.
