Kim Jong Kook Confronts An Issue, "Turbo Best Album, Made Without Our Consent"

Singer Kim Jong Kook revealed that group Turbo's best album to be released soon was published without the consent of Turbo members.

On January 22, Kim Jong Kook posted on his fan cafe, "I'm aware that many have been inquiring our office about the Turbo best album that's soon to be released. This album is not related to me, Jung Nam, or Mikey in any way."

He continued, "This album was made without the consent of us or our agency and is a remastering of the original songs. I'm thankful that the past group Turbo has been receiving so much relighting and love with the help of our memories but I'm so sad that people trying to use that will create misunderstandings and walls between us and those who are genuinely trying to support us. I hope no one will get hurt through this."

He said, "I was so happy to be working with Jung Nam again for 'Saturday Saturday Is Singer' and happy to be performing on 'Inkigayo' 800th episode as Turbo again."
