YG's Newest Boy Band WINNER Become Most Searched Term On Chinese Social Networking Site Weibo

Group WINNER completed their Chinese leg of their Worldwide Inner Circle Conference 2015 tour in Shenzhen.

Earlier this month, WINNER performed in Beijing and in Shanghai, meeting 4,000 fans at each location. On January 24th, they performed at the Bao’an Gymnasium and met with 3,000 fans for their final concert for their Chinese leg of the WWIC 2015 tour.

They performed a total of 3 concerts in China and was able to meet with 13,500 of their Chinese fans.

During their final concert in Shenzhen, the group held a conference-like concert and announced their future plans as a group and was able to interact with their fans.

WINNER performed a variety of their hit songs including, “Empty” and others from their debut album, 2014 S/S, for a total of 9 songs.

After their WWIC 2015 tour in China, the keywords ‘WINNER’, ‘Nam Taehyun’ and others were seen as the most searched on China’s social media site, Weibo.

At the end of last year, WINNER also appeared at the Hunan TV’s Year End concert and met with their fans.

They also received much praise from musicians and music critics on their performance.

“This group performed a great live stage while other artists lip-synced,” music critic Er Di commented.

On the other hand, WINNER will be heading to Seoul on January 31st and to Japan in February and continue their WWIC 2015 tour.
