Once again the internet has proved to be a breeding ground for spoilers. This time, it occurs in the form of an Amazon Japan listing for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse" in which fans noticed that the listing provided never before announced details. The main detail revealed was that the "Dragon Ball" franchise inspired game will have 47 playable characters.

Some fans on IGN are reacting to the news about the 47 characters in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse" with positivity considering the disappointment with an overly large character roster in past "Dragon Ball" games

"Remember when Tenkaichi was the 3rd game in the series with a bloated roster of character no-one used who all played the same plus had multiple versions of the same characters and that 130 also included transformations - which this number doesn't?" commented Boombug.

"Remember when Budokai Tenkaichi 3 had over 130 characters? Pepperidge farms remembers," joked theWanderer2.

Additional details reported in the Amazon Japan listing for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse" includes 12 Master Quests, 50 Parallel Quests, 200 skill options, and 400 different equipment pieces. With all of this included plus the previously announced DLC packs set to arrive sometime in March, it looks like developer Namco Bandai has every intention of satisfying fan thirst for new content by including plenty of different options.

"Dragon Ball Xenoverse" will be available in North America on the Playstation 4, Playstation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 starting Feb. 24. The PC platform Steam release and the European release are set for Feb. 27. Additionally, DLC packs will be available in March. Fans can purchase a Season Pass for the DLC packs, which will give them access to new characters, special costumes, and new side quests.
