American producer Bobby Brackin recently held an interview with Vice Magazine and praised 2NE1’s CL and her recent collaboration with U.K band Florence and the Machine.

“I’m friends with this girl CL now, she’s like the biggest artist in Korea,” Brackin commented. “I’ve worked with CL before! She’s dope.”

During the interview, he revealed that CL would be working with British indie rock band Florence and the Machine for her solo debut single.

Florence and the Machine is a popular rock band that was also nominated for the ‘Rookie of the Year’ award at the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards.

Producer Sean Garrett also revealed a photo of the two online, showing them to be another one of CL’s collaborations for her debut single.

CL will be making her solo debut in the states this Spring. She has signed with Scooter Braun, who also worked with Psy.
