The winners of the Yahoo! Asia Buzz Awards 2011 were announced on December 11. The Yahoo! Asia Buzz Awards, which started in 2003, are awarded to celebrities according to their popularity among netizens in Asia, mainly Thailand, Hong Kong and Korea. After tallying the number of times the artist's name was searched, Yahoo! Asia select the year's most sought after celebrities, and awards those who have been most influential.

Singer and actor Kim Hyunjoong, who has already taken two of these Y-topped awards homes in previous years, received this year's "Korean Solo Artist with the Most Buzz" and "Asian Solo Artist with the Most Buzz" awards. In 2009, Kim was awarded the title "Greatest Buzz Artist," and in 2010, he received the year's "Most Searched Korean Artist." Kim Hyunjoong's popularity shows no signs of slowing among netizens as shown by these recent winnings.  

The ceremony took place on December 20 at the Hong Kong Convention Center. In addition to Kim Hyunjoong, Super Junior's Choi Siwon and Lee Donghae were among the honorees that evening.
