World star Psy received the certificate from Guinness World record for being the most 'liked' song on YouTube.

"Gangnam Style" gained nearly five million likes and has swept the top spot in 28 countries since its release in July.

The Guinness World Record official site yesterday shared on its official homepage "PSY received Guinness World Records certificate for 'Gangnam Style'."

Psy received the certificate during Scott Mill's Radio 1 show during his promotional trip in Europe.

The singer shared that he didn't believe how famous he had become. "I was shocked. I didn't believe it, because I don't believe online. It was only when I came here and experienced it with my own eyes that I believed it."

Guinness World Records editor Craig Glendy presented the certificate to Psy on the Scott Mills' show.

"This is so touching," he said. "I never got a certificate from college, so this was my first certificate ever."
