Sleaford Mods Outraged Over Comments Made By Kasabian! Jason Williamson On A Barrage After Slamming Arctic Monkeys And Bono

Sleaford Mods vocalist Jason Williamson is out ranting again to a co-musician but this time, towards Kasabian songwriter Sergio Pizzorno.

This rant ignited after Pizzorno expressed his frustrations after NME reported that his bands got "snubbed" at this year's Brit Awards and his reportedly constant criticism about the English rock and roll scene.

"It's a conspiracy," Pizzorno said in an interview with The Independent. "They're trying to shut rock n' roll out of [the Brits]. What sort of message does that send to working class rock 'n' roll bands which the industry is in dire need of? Kasabian couldn't have done any more last year. It's bullshit really. It's way more exciting to be playing the Baftas than the Brits."

In an NME blog posted by Pizzorno himself, he claimed that their scene needed work and has to step up their game a little bit more.

"I didn't see Alex Turner's rock 'n' roll speech at The Brits, but I heard a lot of people talking about it. Of course he wanted to make that moment that people talk about, he was at the Brits! That's it for me though, British rock 'n' roll needs to up its game, and of course rock 'n' roll will never die. That's obvious. I just think there's so much more out there for it, it just needs a kick up the arse or something. It needs igniting," he wrote in the post.

Williamson, who recently slammed Alex Turner of Arctic Monkeys for their Brit Awards win and Bono of U2 for their surprise album release, is now has his ranting eyes on Pizzorno for his blog post.

"That c*nt from Kasabian keeps saying rock 'n' roll is dead, it's f*cking dead," Williamson ranted on NME. "He keeps saying 'where's all the rock 'n' roll gone?'. It's not dead, it's gone green and disappeared up my jap's eye. F*ck off."
