Perrie Edwards quashed break up rumors when she posted an Instagram photo showing off the engagement ring that One Direction singer Zayn Malik gave her. Check out Perrie Edwards' Instagram photo below!

"That s**t moment your bath bomb dyes your hand purple!" Perrie Edwards captioned the Instagram photo.

The picture shows the Little Mix singer making a face and showing off her perfectly-manicured hand, accidentally dyed purple by her bath bomb.

But really, are we looking at anything besides her gorgeous engagement ring? Zayn Malik really chose the perfect accessory to show his love for his girlfriend!

Perrie had previously worried fans when she told BANG Showbiz that she and the One Direction singer hadn't set a wedding date yet: "Nope, we have no idea, we're just going with the flow."

After posting this photo to Instagram, #respectforPerrie started trending on Twitter Monday night.

According to The Epoch Times, the hashtag seemed to have been started by fans of the One Direction singer, saying that fans should "respect" Perrie Edwards since Zayn Malik loves her.

As we previously reported, last year Zayn's fiancee received numerous hate tweets from jealous Zayn Malik and One Direction fans on Twitter.

One fan replied to a message from the Little Mix singer on Twitter, saying: "KILL YOURSELF B****"

Another posted: "PERRIE CAN F**KING DIE LIKE JUST F**KING CHOKE HERSELF OUT ON HER DOG FOOD"

When Edwards and Malik were spotted ice skating together on a romantic date last winter, someone tweeted to her: "I hope zayn slip and fall so hard in that ice rink and accidentally stab perrie with his ice skates"

Other upsetting tweets have included:

"only ugly people think perrie is pretty"

"PERRIE LOOKS SO UGLY IM SORRY"

In 2012 Malik left Twitter for a period because of the hate both he and Perrie were getting from fans and followers, Unreality TV reports.
