Teen Top's member Niel revealed his charisma in his solo album jacket cover.

On Feb. 4, Teen Top's Niel released the jacket cover for his first solo album oNIELy.

In the picture, Niel is looking straight at the camera with his charismatic eyes. He has dark makeup on and is covering his mouth with his hand.

Niel will be releasing his solo album on Feb. 16.
