In Singapore on the night of November 14th, SingTel is launching its Loop and Meet app through a 2NE1 inspired party where revelers will prove if they are Blackjack enough and get the chance to win tickets to 2NE1's upcoming concert.   The app was developed by SingTel's digital media group as a gallery and meeting maker of things to do in Singapore and likely beyond.   If successful, the app would be another way to spread the word and connect about Kpop entertainment events in Singapore and the region.

The party will be held at Singapore's Butter Factory beginning 6-10 pm.
