David And Victoria Beckham Marriage On The Rocks? Former Spice Girls Doesn’t Want Husband To Party Alone?
David and Victoria Beckham might be the poster couple for an ideal marriage but it does not mean that the two are free from problems. The former Spice Girls is allegedly worried that her husband might develop a fascination for partying without her.
According to an insider of Closer magazine, Mrs. Beckham recently spent time in New York to prepare for the Fashion Week. Her husband, on the other hand, had to attend the 21st birthday party of Harry Styles. The athlete went with his friend Dave Gardner who, also happened to be Liv Tyler's boyfriend and baby daddy.
"Victoria trusts David 100 per cent, but doesn't like the idea of women flirting with him at parties. She told friends she was also disappointed he had to go without her," said the insider. "She feels he never wants to party together as a couple but loves a boys' night out."
The fashion designer is allegedly concerned that her husband might embrace Hollywood's party scene.
"Victoria doesn't want David to fall in with the party set and always be setting off to see his buddies. She told him their busy work schedules already keep them apart for long enough," the insider said.
"David reassured Victoria that family is his priority and he doesn't want to make it a regular occurrence."
Nonetheless, even Hollywood's party scene won't be able to threaten David and Victoria Beckham's marriage especially now that the football legend launched '7' - a new fund, which aspires to help abandoned and abused children. The fund, in partnership with Unicef, will assist children battling with illnesses.
The fund was named after Beckham's game number, the one printed on his England and Manchester United shirt.
The father-of-four will be celebrating 10 years as a goodwill ambassador for the renowned non-profit organization.
"Going on the ground to certain places for myself I've always said that part is the really important part of this. Being there, being able to really kind of get into a situation where you can really help in many different ways," Beckham said in his speech in London.
