5urprise's Lee Tae Hwan Recreates Leonardo DiCaprio's Iconic Characters For Allure

5urprise's Lee Tae Hwan showed amazing versatility in the February issue of Allure, as the young idol-turned-actor paid homage to American Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio.

Lee took on DiCaprio's iconic film roles, with a slight twist. For instance, Lee wore the recognizable suspenders look DiCaprio donned in the blockbuster Titanic, but he substituted the freezing ocean for a vintage bathtub. Lee also tried the knight armor costume from the film Romeo + Juliet, among various other looks from hit projects by DiCaprio. Lee proved that he has the charm to become a leading man and national heartthrob.

During the accompanying interview, the rising star discussed his experience filming the MBC drama Pride and Prejudice, his ideal type, and what is next in his expanding career.

When the magazine asked him to reveal his main charm, the actor stated, "I think it's the fact that I'm manly and I look mature. People around me often say that my charm comes from the difference between my looks and my innocence. My bright smile."

The magazine then told the actor to choose a role in a DiCaprio film he would like to try. Lee revealed, "It's not one of the movies used for today's homage concept but I want to be Gatsby in The Great Gatsby. It's a cool character who has an exciting, nonlinear life and is willing to do anything for the woman he loves. I definitely want to try a role that oozes masculinity in an action movie. A man who cherishes his pain, like in the noir films!"
