f(x)'s member Amber made her solo debut recently with the album Beautiful.

In "Shake That Brass," Amber's boyish charm was matched by Girls' Generation member Taeyeon, who is a featured singer for the tune.

The collaboration is unexpected and fresh. The two are both musically talented but in different ways, and the same with their visual.

Amber is usually the rapper for her group so if Taeyeon's part was a little bit too much, it would have toned down Amber way too much but the balance was just perfect. Amber unveiled f(x)'s own charm in the song as she rapped and Taeyeon's singing added a girlish factor into the song while creating a little break for Amber to take a breather.

"Shake That Brass" has the meaning of enjoying the day with everything pushed back behind.
