2PM member Wooyoung will begin his solo showcase, Wooyoung Japan Premium Showcase Tour 2015 ‘R.O.S.E’.

He began his showcase yesterday in Nagoya and performed his first Japanese single title song, “R.O.S.E” along with all four songs in his upcoming single that will release on March 4.

He also performed songs from his solo album that released in Korea back in 2012.

Wooyoung worked closely with the staff from the set to the performances and helped complete the entire showcase concept, according to reports.

He will hold one more in Nagoya today before heading to Tokyo for four days and Osaka for three days. His showcase will hold a total of nine performances. These nine shows were sold out in advance and they have also prepared showings in theaters around Japan that will broadcast the showcases live for fans that were not able to purchase a ticket.

Group 2PM’s most recent single release, Guilty Love, was also seen on the Oricon daily and weekly chart at the number one spot.

Other 2PM members have also shown success in Japan through their solo debuts as well. Member Junho held a concert at the Budokan and most recently was able to feature in Japanese group Dreams Come True’s 25th anniversary cover album.

After finishing his solo showcase, he will join 2PM for their 2PM arena tour 2015.
