VIXX's Hong Bin has a new role for his resume.

The VIXX member will become the MC for the fourth season SBS MTV's The Show, beginning on March 3. Hong Bin (Lee Hong Bin) will take over the role from Girl's Day member Hyeri, who left The Show in January. Hong Bin will work alongside current MCs T-ara's Jiyeon and Super Junior-M's Zhou Mi.

On February 17, SBS MTV The Show teased fans with a mysterious quiz regarding the new MC, by hinting to the person's age, blood type, and the Chinese characters for "handsome." Fans were able to submit guesses, with correct responses being entered into a lottery to win a prize.

The Show released a short teaser video announcing both the MC's name, and the day that he would take on his new role.

Show Champion also got new MCs: Two SM Rookies recently took over hosting responsibilities.

VIXX is in the midst of preparations for a comeback with a new single album that is a remake of songs. The group released a teaser video for "Love Equation," the remake of R.ef's 1995 song of the same title.

The teaser video also teased VIXX's second solo concert, titled "UTOPIA," which will take place on March 28-29.
