B1A4's Baro Takes On Lead Role In Short Film 'That's Not It'

B1A4 idol and rising young actor Baro will be starring the short film titled That's Not It, one of the three that comprises the film Woman, Man, alongside actress Lee Mi Yeon. The short film is made in celebration of W Korea magazine's 10th anniversary, according to Soompi, and the magazine has put out photos showing the two filming scenes together.

The short film takes place in a movie theater where Lee Mi Yeon, playing the role of a woman on a secret date and waiting for her lover, meets Baro by accident as he sits beside her. The film should focus on the interaction between Baro and Lee Mi Yeon as two strangers meeting under these unique circumstances.

Woman, Man will be released on March 10 and will run for four weeks.

It has been noted that Baro and Lee Mi Yeon have a shared connection by both appearing in tvN's Flower series, with Baro joining the Youth Over Flowers travel reality show in Laos while Lee Mi Yeon was part of the Noonas Over Flowers installment.

Baro has been steadily building up his actor resume while also continuing to promote with B1A4. In 2014, he earned experience as a voice actor in the Snow White remake The 7th Dwarf and played the adorable Binggeure in the super popular tvN show Reply 1994 that aired in 2013.

Alongside his acting gigs, Baro has been busy appearing in fan meetings, performing overseas and shooting magazine photo shoots. Baro has been gaining popularity not only for his individual activities but also for his group's domestic and international success. The five-member group, for example, reached a new milestone by topping Japan's Tower Records chart for their most recent Japanese single "Shiroi Kiseki".
