The Super Junior subgroup duo Donghae & Eunhyuk has dropped stirring teaser clips for "Growing Pains," the title track for their upcoming studio album The Beat Goes On.

The first teaser runs for 1:41 minutes and shows the duo with their backs against each other, looking emotional as a sad piano melody plays in the background.

The second teaser runs for a shorter 1:27 minutes but shows a lot more action scenes and reveals a bit of the MV plot. We see snippets of what seems like a tragic relationship like Eunhyuk clasping a bouquet of roses in his hand and standing in the rain, while Donghae can be seen shedding a tear.

The end of the video suggests there is a connection between the two idols' characters, and suggests that it has something to do with a girl.

Excited fans have already started coming up with theories on the MV storyline, and some are expecting a heart-breaking twist that matches the mid-tempo song.

Fans are eagerly anticipating Donghae & Eunhyuk's comeback as part of the year where Super Junior subgroups will take a larger chunk of the spotlight. SM Entertainment confirmed last month that at least two subgroups will be returning to promote new music this year. The first is Donghae & Eunhyuk and the second is K.R.Y. which stands for the three-member vocal trio of Kyuhyun, Ryeowook and Yesung, the last of which will be returning to idol activities after being discharged from mandatory Korean military service.
