David Beckham planted a kiss on the head of son Brooklyn who celebrated his 16^th birthday on March 4.

In a sweet Facebook post, the footballer posted a black and white photo of him hugging his son and kissing his head as Chloe Grace Moretz's rumored boyfriend looked at the camera with resignation. David Beckham captioned the image: "Happy Birthday to my big boy xx."

The post of David Beckham greeting Brooklyn a happy birthday was naturally flooded with comments.

Trenishia Robinson wrote, "That is so cute the father son moment I know his wife is so proud."

David Beckham said in an earlier interview that Chloe Grace Moretz's rumored boyfriend is at an age when he's embarrassed when his dad shows affection.

Brooklyn Beckham might have two celebrations on his birthday, according to his dad in an interview with Good Morning Britain.

David Beckham said, "I think [Brooklyn] wants to go for a dinner with his friends and he'll have a separate dinner with his family," he said.

"He's at the age now when he doesn't want me to drop him outside the school and things like that, which I definitely do anyway!" David Beckham said, adding that Chloe Grace Moretz's rumored boyfriend now wants to be dropped around the corner of his school so as not to be seen with him.

"As he was walking into school I opened the window and shouted 'I love you!' to him. It didn't go down too well but it made him smile a couple of days later," he said of Brooklyn Beckham.
