M.I.B's Kangnam, who is quickly becoming one of the top variety show stars in Korea, had a stylish pictorial in the March issue of Elle.

The fun, outspoken idol tried on a polished blue suit with a deep v-line collar shirt and simple necklace in one of his photos, showing off a highly sophisticated and cold appearance. In another shot, he reverted to his quirky personality by coupling a shinny blue blazer with platform sandals and a red beret. He sat on the studio floor and played with several yellow balloons while making funny expressions.

During the accompanying interview, Kangnam explained his easygoing, relaxed personality and friendly disposition. He stated, "I can get close to people very quickly because of my experiences living in Japan, Hawaii, and Korea...What I think as most important in life is maintaining relationships with others."

Also, fans of his golden locks should get ready for a drastic change. Kangnam revealed, "I kept my hair blonde fearing that people wouldn't recognize me otherwise, but I'm planning to go through changes soon."

Kangnam recently starred in a special stage performance on Mnet's M! Countdown with Unpretty Rapstar's Cheetah and Jessie. He also visited his old high school in Hawaii in the latest episode of JTBC's I'm Going Back To School.
