Chinese drama Beautiful Secret shared new character posters through social media site Weibo. f(x)'s Victoria was the main star of the newly released promotional photos, since she will be playing the drama's female protagonist Zhang Mei Li.

Her character is a woman with a rough upbringing, who was abandoned at a young age but still manages to keep a positive outlook on live. Her life changes completely when she joins a singing competition and is suddenly thrust into the spotlight.

Victoria's love interest will be played by Taiwanese actor Peter Ho.

In the first promotional photo, Victoria wore a white blouse with a sweet bow tie. She gestured with a finger to her lips to be quiet and hide her secret. In the second photo, Victoria sat on a white couch with her cast members while wearing a plaid shirt and looking cheerful. Beautiful Secret is the sequel to the 2013 Chinese drama Shining Days and will begin airing this summer on Hunan TV.

Recently, Victoria traveled to the European fashion capital, Paris, for InStyle's February issue. Her upcoming Korean film My Sassy Girl 2 is set to be released in May 2015.
