SHINee Announces Plans For 2015 Korean Comeback After Finishing 'I'm Your Boy' Tokyo Dome Concert Series

Fresh off their release of Japanese single "Your Number" and their Tokyo Dome concert series, SHINee has revealed that they are planning to make a comeback in Korea.

Needless to say, Shawols are extremely excited for the return of their favorite SM Entertainment five member boy group.

The news about SHINee's plans for a comeback this year (no specific month or details yet) were revealed at press conference for the Tokyo Dome finale event "SHINee World 2014 - I'm Your Boy - Special Editon." Onew confirmed the preparations, Jonghyun confirmed that it will be this year, but it was Minho who had the most to say about their upcoming activities.

"We are in the midst of preparations. As it has been a while since our last Korean album, and we are also excited. We don't want to disappoint our fans, so we are preparing hard for the album. We'll return by the end of the year," explained Minho (via Soompi)

End of the year could possibly mean as early as October, given that their previous mini album "Everybody" was released in October 2013. But then again, if the group is preparing a full length album (or three like they did with "The Misconceptions" series), perhaps fans could be looking at back to back releases through the end of 2015 into 2016.

All of this is speculation of course, so Shawols will likely have to wait until after the summer before any teasers, comeback dates, and concepts are put forward. Either way, it is a much welcome return after a year since their last Korean album release.

For those who are not familiar with SHINee, the five member idol group is comprised of Lee Jinki, Kim Jonghyun, Kim Kibum, Choi Minho, and Lee Taemin. The group recently celebrated their six year anniversary since their debut in 2008.
