'World star' Psy has been ranked number 2 for 2012's Top 20 Music Moments.

On December 19, Billbaord revealed the top 20 list for 'top music moments' and ranked Psy at number 2. They stated that Psy has become the leader of bringing K-Pop to foreign countries. He will also most likely reach a billion views on his video by the end of this year.

"Gangnam Style" also ranked at number 2 on Billboard's main single chart HOT 100 for 7 weeks in a row.

He was also chosen as this year's best music video as well as Weibo's Person of the Year.
