New York Knicks Rumors: Kevin Love Heading To Big Apple? Knicks Could Pair Him With Either Karl-Anthony Towns Or Jahlil Okafor

Despite their woeful season, the Knicks have a lot of things to look forward to come off-season time. They could pursue unrestricted All-Star Kevin Love, while teaming him up with either Karl-Anthony Towns Or Jahlil Okafor.

With lots of cap space and money to spend, Phil Jackson and the Knicks will definitely make a splash this season as they try to bolster their depth with talented players to help out forward Carmelo Anthony. According to Frank Isola of New York Daily News, there is a huge possibility of Love joining the Knicks.

"The Knicks are the type of big market team that appeals to Love. The Lakers and Celtics would also be in the mix if Love decides not to return to the Cavaliers after just one season as the third wheel in Cleveland."

It is worth noting that the forward is having chemistry issues in Cleveland. In fact, when he was asked if he and LeBron have a good relationship, he said that it was just fine. From ESPN.com's Dave McMenamin.

"It's fine. You know, we're not best friends, we're not hanging out every day, but we see each other every day, whether at the practice facility, whether on the road or going to a game," Love confides. "I think our relationship is also evolving. I can say the same with each and every coach, Coach Blatt and each and every player on the team. But that's part of the NBA."

This could signify that there is not enough reason for him to stay with the Cavaliers. Also, the Knicks are poised to acquire a potential top 3 pick in this year's draft. They could either go for Jahlil Okafor, a center which the Knicks are in need of or Karl-Anthony Towns, who has the potential to be a do it all guy in the future.
