Rain's military 'special treatment' crisis has reached overseas media.

Yesterday, BBC reported about Rain-Kim Tae Hee's scandal and that his military leaves were causing a huge crisis.

BBC also mentioned that the Department of Defense is investigating whether or not he did break the regulations while out on leave. 

BBC also added that "Gangnam Style" Psy had reenlisted in the army and had served twice due to violating regulations.

The military stated that Rain does admit to his violations and that he will take the proper punishment.
