EXO Member Kai Deletes Brand New Instagram Account Prior To 'Exodus' Release

It was a short-lived celebration for EXO fans that had hoped to follow Kai's updates on Instagram. The popular idol has deleted his account on the photo-sharing social network less than a month after creating it.

Kai created his Instagram account (@kimkaaaaaa) in mid-March and amassed more than 700,000 followers in several days. He uploaded a couple of videos that showed off his impressive dancing ability.

It is not clear why Kai left Instagram, but before deleting his account he wrote what could be seen as a farewell message to encourage fans to support the group's ongoing Exodus album comeback.

"EXODUS CALL ME BABY, See you on the official homepage," Kai reportedly posted in his last photo update, according to Allkpop.

The idol was even described as having a cute moment figuring out how to delete his Instagram.

"Where do you delete the account?" "Do I just need to log out?" Kai reportedly asked in the comments section.

EXO-L can get their Kai fix by watching the group's newly dropped "Call Me Baby" MVs. There are two MV versions - one Korean and one Chinese - and both reached a combined 4 million views in 12 hours.

Kai is featured more prominently in the "Call Me Baby" Korean MV, opening the video behind the wheels of a slick Lamborghini. He then gets off the luxury sports car, sits on the hood, listens to some music before unleashing a cool dance-rapping sequence.

EXO fans can also console themselves by following the other members, including Baekhyun (@baekhyunee_exo) who has returned to Instagram after a nearly year-long posting hiatus.
