Kingdom Hearts 3 Release Date Delayed By Unreal Engine Switch? [RUMORS] PS4 & Xbox One Title News Update Sparks Social Media Speculation

Kingdom Hearts 3 developers have officially switched the game's operating functionalities to the Unreal Engine system, sparking rumors on social media that the modification will delay the game's release date.

Rumors of a new Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer and release date update surround the 2015 D23 Expo in Anaheim this August, where the game's developers are expected to show off the highly-anticipated title.

"At the moment, we have major titles such as Dragon Quest Heroes and Final Fantasy Type-0 HD," Square Enix President Yosuke Matsuda said

"In 2015, I believe we will offer a vast number of high-end games in both the domestic market and overseas. Now that we've already announced Final Fantasy XV, we will also reveal information on [another] JRPG. I believe we have a bit of a surprise in store for this year."

Kingdom Hearts 3 release date gameplay development is rumored to be delayed and is unlikely to be released this year.

The recent death of voice actors Leonard Nimoy and Chikao Otsuka are said to be responsible for the delay in finalizing the title's development.

Kingdom Hearts 3 gameplay for "The Key to Return Hearts" will allow Sora to release Ventus from his own heart and will be able to use this gameplay ability throughout the storyline, YouTube user HMK predicts.

Another YouTube user, TheGamersJoint, discovered a hidden logo coded in HTML format within the official Kingdom Hearts 3 website, leaving many speculating on a possible release date announcement.

The same source has previously revealed the possibility of a new Kingdom Hearts 3 release date trailer being shown at the upcoming E3 2015 conference in June.

Amazon announced that the pre-order price for the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 3 release date for the Xbox One and PS4 will cost $40.99.
