Partyology, an iOS app for party planning that brings ideas and purchases together in one app, launched on iOS. Partyology is a one-stop single app to to create and shop for the party you want.

Partyology was not created by party planners. Two busy women with demanding careers, families, and social calendars thought it up.  Barbara Edelstein is a leaing women's radiologist in New York City. Mechele Flaum is a marketing consultant to major consumer brands,

"There are so many events that take place over the course of a year - whether bridal or baby showers, kids' birthdays or retirement celebrations, holiday gatherings or simple dinner parties," said Dr. Barbara Edelstein, co-founder of Partyology, said in a statement. "The fact is each one takes a ton of time and effort to plan, no matter how large or how small. This was a problem we were both experiencing first hand, so we created Partyology to address it."

The app includes thousands of images for party themes, decor, favors, flowers, food, cocktails and party supplies from top retail partners," according to their press release.
