Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's divorce could be dismissed. News about the possible case dismissal came amid news that rapper French Montana is still dating the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star.

According to a report from TMZ, Khloe Kardashian needs to file her and Lamar Odom's divorce papers before the end of April. The 30-year-old stunner and French Montana have reportedly been dating on and off, but the dismissal of Khloe Kardashian's divorce with Lamar Odom will most likely affect her special relationship with the Moroccan rapper.

"The parties will need to file again to have a new case if they want to get divorced, and the six month waiting period will recommence as of the new filing date, whenever that may be," divorce attorney Heidi Lauer of the Law Offices of Cathleen Norton revealed to Hollywood Life.

"They are still legally married and will remain so until the court grants the dissolution."

During a recent interview with E!, Khloe Kardashian shared her feelings for Lamar Odom, all while she is still hanging out with French Montana.

"I will never ever not love Lamar," she confessed.

"I'm so obsessed with Lamar in a great, healthy way. He was my husband, and I wish he still was, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that."

According to a related report from Hollywood Life, Khloe Kardashian's strong feelings for Lamar Odom have caused her to neglect French Montana.

"Khloe can't get over it. She's been secretly still hooking up with Lamar, which French doesn't know anything about. If he (knew), he would be really upset," a source revealed.

"Khloe says she and Lamar have some sort of chemistry and electricity that she just doesn't have with French and she doesn't know if she ever will."

"Lamar is just better in bed in Khloe's eyes. He blows French out of the water," the source added.
