"I'm currently collecting evidence. Any falsehoods, malicious comments, and continuous rumors especially about my family, I'm collecting." the idol posted on Twitter on April 14, reports Allkpop.

"I'll be thankful if you screen capture IDs and comments," he added, encouraging fans to help him pin down his cruel detractors.

Leeteuk has been recently hounded by online detractors that are trying to paint him as an inconsiderate person through his actions. Some have even listed what they claim to be his list of "atrocities" such as not caring about his fellow Super Junior members, according to Netizenbuzz.

Leeteuk has also grappled with malicious rumors surrounding the death of his father and grandparents.

In a provisional conclusion, the police department tasked with investigating the case said that Leeteuk's father "took the lives of his parents and committed suicide due to being overwhelmed with his struggles. According to his family, Mr. Park suffered from depression."

Fans on the whole have been supportive of the idol, especially when he marked the first anniversary of their passing away.

Despite the concluded investigation and more than a year since the tragedy, rumormongers seem to continue to hound the Leeteuk and his departed family. The deaths of his family members have deeply affected the idol, and he has said that he would like to forget the events of 2014.
