In the picture, Psy is wearing casual clothes and smiling at the camera with Clinton who is wearing a suit.

Internet users commented, "He knows so many top stars" and "I wonder how the two met."

Psy has been known to meet many top stars such as Britney Spears, Madonna and other global stars.
