Big Bang Members Have All Hands On Deck For Long-Awaited Comeback

Big Bang's members are pulling out the big guns for their first comeback since 2012.

On April 28, YG Entertainment revealed that several members of Big Bang were creatively involved in the group's upcoming singles. The YG Entertainment quintet is set to release two new songs on May 1, the first releases by the group as a whole since the release of repackaged album "Still Alive" on June 3, 2012.

Three members of Big Bang in particular had roles in creating "Loser" and "Bae Bae."

The two songs are the first releases in Big Bang's "Made" series, with new singles being released on the first of each month between May and September.

YG Entertainment first revealed the information regarding "Loser," followed by the news of "Bae Bae" also being self-created by Big Bang members.

"Loser" was composed by Taeyang, with lyrics by T.O.P and G-Dragon. Teddy Park, one of YG Entertainment's main producers, was credited with also writing lyrics and arranging the song, as well as co-composing.

Teddy also worked on "Bae Bae," alongside the G-Dragon and T.O.P, who wrote the lyrics and composed the song.

Along with the information about the two tracks, YG Entertainment released a series of teaser images along with a cinematic teaser video heralding the group's first comeback in three years.

Despite Big Bang's lack of releases as a whole since 2012, the five members spent the time by holding team and individual concerts and also worked on individual music and acting projects.
