Kanye West To Feature Taylor Swift On New Album? ‘Shake It Off’ Singer Confirms Collaboration

Years after Kanye West did the most embarrassing thing during the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, where he interrupted Taylor Swift after she won "Best Female Video," the two are reported to be talking about plans of working together possibly for the new Yeezus album.

In a report by Latin Post, Swift took the liberty to approach West and create a track together, which is rumored to appear on Kanye's "So Help Me God" album, expected to be released this year.

West reportedly had an interview with Ryan Seacrest and revealed the intention of the former country singer turned pop singer, of working together for a track.

"Yeah, she wants to get in the studio, and we're definitely going to go in," West said in an interview.

Seacrest, meanwhile, was quick to confirm the news after announcement of the two artists' collaboration on his Twitter account.

"You heard it here first: @kanyewest and @taylorswift13 are going into the studio together!" Seacrest tweeted.

The "Blank Space" singer, meanwhile revealed on an ET Online interview how she is impressed with Kanye West and even said that she respects him as a producer.

"He's one of those people that's just like idea, idea, idea," she explained. "He's very creative and... I think we've talked about it but we've also talked about so many other things... I completely respect him as a producer. So, that's all I know now."

She however stated that they haven't had the chance to work together in the studio yet but a collaboration is expected soon from them.

"He has said that," Swift said. "We've never been in a studio together, but, he's got a lot of amazing ideas."
