Male group BTS (Bangtan Boys) won their first trophy on the May 5 episode of The Show.

The other nominees on this week's episode were EXID and Block B's project group BASTARZ. Despite the fierce competition, BTS received a winning number of votes from their fans and ultimately took home the trophy for their latest single "I Need U."

After the episode aired, BTS posted a tweet to express their happiness and thank their fans.

"Thank you! We were too shocked to say anything [during the thank-you speech]. A.R.M.Y., we are truly grateful for our first win. Everyone worked hard. We promise to be even more awesome in the future. We love you," read the tweet.

BTS will continue with 'I Need U' promotions on all the major music programs this week.
