Will Ash's Noibat And Serena's Eevee Appear In The Upcoming Pokemon Movie XY 18 'Hoopa & The Clash Of Ages'? Anime Confirms New Additions To Their Team!

When will the Pokemon XY anime stop making new intros with major spoilers?! Judging by the latest episode, never.

According to a recent update by Serebii, the latest episode of the Pokemon XY anime showed a new opening sequence which depicted two new Pokemon that are expected to join the team of protagonists.

"During the latest intro of the anime and following on from the recent ending, an Eevee was seen," wrote Serebii. "This Eevee has been shown to be observed by Serena and participate in Pokemon Showcases."

In addition, the intro also showed a Noibat, which Serebii believes will join Ash's team in the near future.

"During the latest intro of the anime, and following on from the recent ending, a Noibat was seen," said Serebii. "This Noibat appears to be caught by Ash and in one scene of the intro, has trouble keeping flight."

Given that both Pokemon could be introduced before the release of the upcoming Pokemon movie, "Hoopa & the Clash of Ages," could Noibat and Eevee be seen in movie or the accompanied short film?

On April 16, the very first animation of unbound Hoopa from the Pokemon movie was shown in the extended trailer. But it is not only Hoopa who becomes "unbound" by the Prison Bottle. In the extended trailer, we see Ash catching the Prison Bottle and seemingly becoming "possessed" by the entity within it.

In addition, the May Pokemon CoroCoro leaks confirm that the movie will be accompanied by six distribution events involving the Legendary Pokemon Groudon, Kyogre, Kyurem, Dialga, Palkia and Giratina.

Reportedly, these Legendary Pokemon can be obtained by pre-booking tickets to see the movie, out July 18. Taking your ticket to select stores such as the Pokemon Center, Toys 'R Us and 7-11 in Japan will allow you to download one of the six Pokemon. This can be done from June 20 to August 1.
