Gong Hyo Jin Gets Candid In Interview For Marie Claire Taiwan Cover Story

Gong Hyo Jin became a cover girl for the May issue of Marie Claire Taiwan. The beauty modeled designer apparel by Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Miu Miu, to name a few brands, while being her naturally charming self on set.

During the accompanying interview, Gong discussed the stress she was under when portraying the character of Susan in the theater production of Educating Rita. She stated, "Recently, I became really invested in my theater performances. I needed to talk for two hours and I couldn't forget my words. The pressure was huge, I had hair loss and could not eat..." Thankfully, the actress was able to adapt to the change of pace and eventually resumed her healthy lifestyle after the initial tension.

The star also revealed how her acting ambitions changed over the years. She explained, "When I was shooting my first movie, I did not have much ambition. But after I finished it, my friends saw it and told me that I did well. That made me want to improve and continue surprising them."

She continued, "I have a lot of interests. I like everything, like piano, cooking, flower arrangement, and so on, but acting is the only thing that gives me endless ambition, momentum and progress."

Gong Hyo Jin's upcoming drama The Producers will premier on May 15 on KBS 2TV at 9:15 P.M KST.
