Justin Bieber is the center of yet another controversy with drugs. The 18 year old singer was photographed smoking what seemed to be weed outside of an LA home on Thursday. In other photos possessed by TMZ, reports claim Bieber can also be seen with codeine, a hard drug.

Justin Bieber is making headlines for his second incident involving him smoking weed. The singer is also seen in newer photos that also display what looks like a large bottle of codeine, or sizzurp. TMZ claims Lil Twist and Lil Za are also in these photos rolling up blunts for a party.

Double cups, which are usually used to consume the codeine drug, are seen nearby the bottle. In one photo, Bieber is allegedly drinking liquid from one of the cups. However, there is no evidence that Bieber was consuming the drug.

According to Examiner, sources close to Bieber are insisting that he does not use drug. TMZ has yet to unveil the photos.

Bieber nor his reps have yet to publicly address the rumors.

Bieber's Ferrari was also making headlines on Feb. 1 when his friend, Lil Za was pulled over for driving without a license. Bieber was not on the scene, however, Lil Za was arrested on Friday morning on Sunset Boulevard in LA.

After Lil Za was arrested, a man came later to pick up Bieber's Ferrari.

No comment about the incident has been made by Bieber or his reps.

This is not the first time, however, that Bieber lends his cars out to his friends. On New Year's Day, Lil Twist was seen driving Bieber's 458 Italia. However, the rapper did some damage to the vehicle before returning it.

Lil Twist caused "serious damage" to the undercarriage of the 458 Italia when he scraped the bottom of the car on a driveway at the Four Seasons' hotel. The hotel is covering what is expected to be a bill between $8K to $10K, Daily Mail reports.

After scraping the car, Lil Twist continued to drive Bieber's car. Unfortunately, his ride ended in tragedy when paparazzo following the car was killed. The photographer, known as Chris Guerra, was hit by another car when he came out of his car thinking he would find Bieber in the 458 Italia.
