Korean Actress Jun Ji Hyun Attends Cannes Film Festival In France

You Who Came From The Stars actress Jun Ji Hyun walked the red carpet during the Cannes Classics section at the Cannes International Film Festival. The festival is held annually in Cannes, France and provides preview screenings of unreleased projects for critics and viewers.

The star wore an exquisite Gucci dress, custom made for her by Creative Director Alessandro Michele, to the screening of the 1960 Italian film Rocco e i Suoi Fratelli. She attended the glamorous event with Gucci CEO Marco Bizzarri. The other international film stars on the red carpet included Mexican actors Salma Hayek and Benicio Del Toro.

Gucci posted a photo of the actress on the red carpet on the brand's official Twitter along with the comment, "South Korean actress Gianna Jun attended the #Cannes screening of 'Rocco e i suoi fratelli' in a #Gucci one of a kind pink and black lamé gown. #AlessandroMichele."

Jun holds the honor of being the first Korean actress chosen by Gucci as a brand spokesperson. She's currently the face of the brand's latest accessories collection in Asia. Recently, she modeled the luxurious jewelry and apparel from Gucci's 2015 Pre-Fall runway show in six international issues of Elle (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Singapore).
